This all-level yoga class is suitable for ages teen to golden.
Enjoy centering, joint warm-ups, a whole-body physical practice, guided deep relaxation, and a brief seated meditation. Suitable for all body types, strengths, and ranges of motion (prop guidance provided).
Great for those interested in expanding their relationship to nature, learning about yoga, developing or deepening a regular practice, connecting to the breath, exploring mind-body awareness, or simply stretching after an early morning workout to or in the Park.
Props: Please have your own mat, block(s), blanket(s), and a strap as we may use any and / or all of them. Household blanket(s), pillow(s), belt(s), etc. can be substituted with a little imagination.
Preparation: With these guidelines in mind and in practice (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html), we’ll set up on the grass close to BKLA (https://bklanyc.com/) and near Cricket Ground 1 (https://goo.gl/maps/AejKAceKZwkTnZBF9).
For class, in order to respect social distancing guidelines,

**In the event of cancellation due to weather, a notification will be sent out one hour before class to anyone registered for the class. Any payment will be used as credit toward any future in person or online class.
